With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents more particularly respondent No.3 in refusing to receive the sale deed presented by the petitioner for Open Plot No.64 admeasuring 378 Sq. Yards or 316.04 Sq. Mtrs. in Sy.Nos.19/20, 19/22, 19/23, 19/25, 19/26 and 19/48, situated at “Lakshmi Meridian City” Ammapally Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
