This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, by the petitioner-wife to transfer H.M.O.P. No. 39 of 2025 pending on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Kamareddy, Kamareddy District to the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge at Siddipet, Siddipet District.

2. Heard Mr. P.Srihari Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Rahul Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the record.

3. The grounds cited for transfer are that three more cases i.e., Criminal Case vide Crime No. 146 of 2024, M.C. No. 24 of 2024 and D.V.C. No. 22 of 2024 are prosecuted before the Courts at Siddipet. The H.M.O.P. No. 39 of 2025 is filed by the respondent-husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights, is prosecuted at Kamareddy, Kamareddy District.
