This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue an appropriate writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus and declare the in-action of 3rd Respondent in not registering the petitioners complaint dated 28/08/2019 is illegal, arbitrary and against the fundamental rights and a consequent direction by directing 03rd Respondent to register the petitioners complaint dated

28/08/2019 and pass.......”

2. Heard Mr.Subramanyam Daraboina, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Pradeep, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, as the respondent police authorities failed to register a crime on the basis of the petitioner’s representation dated 28.08.2019, the present writ petition has been filed seeking appropriate directions for registration of a case.
