“…to issue a Writ, Order, Orders or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction of the Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 4 in conducting investigation and arresting the accused persons in FIR No.58/2017 dated 05/08/2019 on the file of 4th respondent police station which was registered basing on the petitioners complaint as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to conduct investigation in FIR No.58/2017 dated 05/08/2019 on the file of 4th respondent police station including arresting the accused therein forthwith and pass......”
