This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.353 of 2025 of Adilabad I-Town Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 319(2) of BNS.

2. Heard Sri S. Ravi Kiran Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent – State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not arrayed as accused. It is further submitted that though his name is not mentioned by the de-facto complainant in the complaint, the police are calling the petitioner herein again and again and there is a threat of arrest against the petitioner, as such, he prayed the Court to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner by allowing this crimin
