The proceedings in Roc.No.E-301294/GWMC/TP/Cir-I/2025, dated 08.04.2025, issued by respondent No.2, whereby the representation of the petitioners dated 28.02.2025 for demolition of illegal constructions raised by respondent Nos.4 and 5 in the land admeasuring Acs.5-00 guntas in Survey No.362/1 situated at Sthambampally Village, Geesgonda Mandal, Warangal District was rejected, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. The case of the petitioners is that they are owners of the aforesaid subject property. They filed the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2010 in the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Warangal, for declaration and recovery of possession against the vendors of respondent Nos.4 and 5.
