ORDER:

Heard Smt K.V.Rajasree, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri J. Salmon Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri Sudarshan Reddy Duddugunta, learned counsel for the respondent No.3 and perused the entire material on record.

2. This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondent No.2 in passing the impugned order bearing Rc.No.D/2758/2012 dated 02.08.2014 in evicting the petitioner from H.No.14-2-150 situated at Chandanwadi, Goshamahal, Hyderabad as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of admission, this Court granted interim order in W.P.M.P.No.28182 of 2014 in W.P.No.22472 of 2014 dated 06.08.2014 by suspending the operation of the impugned order as the same was passed without following the procedure under Section 83 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowme
