Heard Mr. M.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. V.S.R.M.V.Prasad Sanaka, learned counsel for the respondents. Perused the record.
2. This Civil Revision Petition is preferred by the petitioners (judgment debtors) aggrieved by the order passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, in E.P. No. 283 of 2024 while enforcing Arbitration award in ACF No. 47 of 2022 dated
31.01.2023.
3. The single ground taken for filing the Civil Revision Petition is that the award of the Arbitrator as required under Rule 55 of the Chit Funds Rules, has not been complied with.
4. Respondent No.1 (decree holder) opposed the Civil Revision Petition by producing a copy of certificate issued under Section 71(a) of the Chit Funds Act, 1982, by the Deputy Registrar of Chits/Arbitrator, Hyderabad (South) to the learned Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, vide letter No. 6074/Chit Funds/2023 dated
