The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition is filed questioning the impugned Notice dated 02.11.2021 issued by the respondent No.3 under Section 6 of the A.P.Land Encroachment Act, 1905, without following procedure as contemplated under the Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and the said action is arbitrary and illegal.
