Heard Sri V.Roopesh Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue as well as Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondent Nos.1, 3, 4 and 7, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development appearing for the respondent Nos.2 and 5 and perused the material on record.
petitioners filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of the respondent Nos.3 to 7 in interfering with the land in possession of the petitioners to an extent Ac.4-15 guntas, namely Gramakantam lands of Bachupally village, Kanndukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District (for brevity, “the subject property”), as illegal and arbitrary.
