O R D E R:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

“…To issue any appropriate Writ order or direction one more particularly in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in preventing illegal transportation hoarding and slaughter of milch animals in the State of Telangana as mandated by the circular issued by the Animal Welfare Board of India dated 29/07/2019 and orders passed by the Honble Supreme court of India as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and direct the Respondents herein to seize all the cattle including cows calfs, bulls bullocks, buffaloes, camels etc which have been illegally transported to Greater Hyderabad and in other parts of the State of Telangana and are being sold in the open sale market without proper permissions and certificates including from a veterinary doctor and direct the respondents to take immediate necessary actions against illegal
