“……….To issue a Writ order or direction more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the first respondents 3 to 5 in not taken any action against the 2nd respondent Hospital authorities as illegal, arbitrary, opposed to the provisions of under Articles 14, 16, 19 and 300A of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents 3 to 5 to recollect the buried dead body which is in H A colony, Gajularamaram Road, Quthubullapur Mandal, Medchal District and consequently punish the concerned Doctors, Nurses as well as Hospital authorities for their negligence for death of petitioner’s son as per law…….”
