CRP 4063/2025
IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA AT HYDERABAD Between:
Arige Ramulu …Petitioner AND Brindavan Chits Karimnagar (India) Pvt.Ltd, &Others …Respondents
ORDER:
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the salary attachment warrant issued in E.P. No. 326 of 2023 in Arb. No. 253 of 2015 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar.
2. Heard Mr. Ambala Raju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Earlier, during the course of hearing, the learned counsel for respondent No. 1 brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner had passed away on 02.11.2025, and consequently, the proceedings in the Execution Petition against the petitioner have abated.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly admitted the fact of the petitioner’s demise, thereby conceding that no further steps in execution can validly be taken against a deceased person.
5. I have perused the record.
6. In this revision, the petitioner had challenged the issuance of a salary attachment warrant against him, in pursuance of the Arbitral Award rendered in Arb.No.253 of 2015, filed by the respondent No.1. In view of the admitted fact of the petitioner’s death, the salary attachment warrant issued in E.P. No. 326 of 2023 automatically stands abated. Since the cause of action in execution against the petitioner does not survive, no further adjudication is necessary in the present Civil Revision Petition.
7. In view of the above position, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
