The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:
“...to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus Declaring the action of the respondents in seizing the available ground stock of 1329.140 Metric Tonnes of paddy and withholding the 95.960 Metric Tonnes of Custom Milled Rice (CMR) from the petitioner’s M/s. Dhaanya Lakshmi Parboiled Rice Industries Sangam Village, Valigonda Mandal, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and violative of the principles of natural justice and Article 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India and Consequently direct the Respondents to release the said seized paddy stock of 1329.140 Metric Tonnes and the seized rice stock of 95.960 Metric Tonnes to the Petitioner and Permit the Petitioner to mill the same and supply the 100 percent Custom Milled Rice (CMR) for the Rabi 2024-25 season to the Respondent Corporat
