The Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“...to issue an appropriate Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus Declaring the action of the respondents in seizing the available ground stock of 1329.140 Metric Tonnes of paddy and withholding the 95.960 Metric Tonnes of Custom Milled Rice (CMR) from the petitioner’s M/s.
