This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“…declaring the orders of the 2^nd respondent in proceedings No.E4/1954/2025 dated 06.12.2025 consequential a letter to the Respondent Nos.3 and 4 sent by the Respondent No.2 through letter No E4/1954/2025 dated 10.12.2025 instructing Respondent No.2 to keep the land to an extent of Ac.1-04 3/4 Guntas in Sy.No.738 in which land belonging to Petitioner No.1 to an extent of Ac.0-07 Guntas and the land belonging to Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 to an extent of Ac.0-06 1/2 Guntas each situated at Pillalamarri Village and also directing Respondent No.3 to hold all constructions in respect of the above said land without giving an opportunity by making petitioners party is illegal, arbitrary and consequently set-a-side the orders in proceedings No.E4/1954/2025 dated 06.12.2025 and a consequential letter No.E4/1954/2025 dated 10.12.2025 in respect of petitioner No.1 land to an extent of Ac.0-07 gts., in Sy.No.738/AA2/1/2 and the land belonging to Petitioner No.2 to an extent of Ac.0-06 1/2 gts., in Sy.No.738/AA2/1/2 and the land belonging to Petitioner No.3 to an extent of Ac.0-06 1/2 gts., in Sy.No.738/AA2/1/2 situated at Pillalamarri Village…”

2. Heard Mr.P.Ravi Shanker, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. Perused the record. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner No.1 is the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.0-07 gts., in Sy.No.738/AA2/1/2 purchased vide registered sale deed bearing No.620/2024 dated 18.06.2024 and respondent authorities issued digital passbook vide e-pattadar passbook No.T29210124496; petitioner No.2 is the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.0-06 1/2 gts., in Sy.No.738/AA2/1/2 purchased vide registered sale deed bearing No.621/2024 dated 18.06.2024 and respondent authorities issued digital passbook vide e-pattadar passbook No.T29210124497 and petitioner No.3 is the owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.0-06 1/2 gts., in Sy.No.738/AA2/1/2 purchased vide registered sale deed bearing No.623/2024 dated

18.06.2024 and respondent authorities issued digital passbook vide e-pattadar passbook No.T29210124498 all situated at Pillalamarri Village, Suryapet District.

Subsequently, petitioners approached respondent No.4 and submitted an application dated 17.01.2025 seeking to grant permission for construction of farm house building, as such on 03.04.2025, respondent No.4 granted permission by collecting an amount of Rs.6,56,474/- under different heads. Thereafter, petitioners started construction and a House Number was allotted by respondent No.4 as H.No.12- 52/2. The petitioners also paid the property tax. It is further submitted that when the petitioners started construction, some of the family members of respondent No.5 tried to interfere with the construction, as such, petitioners were constrained to file a suit in O.S.No.133/2025 along with I.A.No.113/2025 for grnat of ad-interim injunction on the file of I Addl. Junior Civil Judge, Suryapet. The trial Court granted ad-interim injunction restraining respondent No.5 from interfering with the petitioner’s construction and the said order is subsisting as on date.

Earlier, respondent No.5 filed a writ petition in W.P.No.37372 of 2018 and this Court vide order dated 24.04.2024 disposed of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to file an online application under the provisions of the Telangana Right in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2000 and also directed respondent authorities to
