This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 1 and 3 in not considering the representation dated 07-08-2019 seeking implementation of provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 is as being illegal, arbitrary, unjust, irrational and contrary to the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court and consequently direct the Respondents No. 1 to 3 to implement the provisions of the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 and further direct the Respondents No. 8 to 11 not to harass the street vend
