ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Police in not conducting investigation in FIRNo.455/2018 registered on the Complaint dated 3-12-2018 given by the Petitioner and in pressurizing the Petitioner to enter into a Compromise with the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 15,17 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Section 3(1)(r)(s) and Sections 4(2)(d) and (e) of The Scheduled Castes And The Scheduled Tribes (Prevention Of Atrocities) Act, 1989 consequently direct the Respondent Police to conduct investigation and file final report expeditiously and pass....”
