ORDER:

This Writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.2 in not considering and disposing of the petitioner’s representations dated 02.03.2025 and 19.07.2025, and in failing to take necessary action against respondent Nos.3 and 4, as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to company rules, violative of Articles 14, 19, and 21 of the Constitution of India, and against the principles of natural justice; and consequently, to direct representations by taking necessary action against respondent Nos.3 and 4 in accordance with law.

2. Heard Sri Dr. Challa Srinivas Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Arvind Kumar Kata, learned Senior Standing Counsel for Central Government, for respondent Nos.1 and 2.
