ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“To declare the action of the 4th and 5th respondents not issuing the marks memos, Convocation Certificate, Provisional Certificate, Consolidated Marks Memo, Bonafied Certificates and Transfer Certificates of MBA (post graduate program) in the academic year 2011- 2013, respondent University , as illegal, arbitrary and for consequential relief.”

2. Sri Naveen, learned counsel representing Sri Karunakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner on record, Sri N. Bhujanga Rao, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India for respondent No.1, Sri M. Mehboob Ali, learned Standing counsel for respondent No.2 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Higher Education are present.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous.

4. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
