Rachakonda Commisionerate/Ranga Reddy district registered against the respondent Nos.7 to 9 under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code is illegal, arbitrary and being Violative of Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and also relevant provisions governing the completion of investigation and to file the charge sheet under the Criminal procedure code and seeking consequential direction to hand over the case to the Central Bureau of Investigation i.e. 6th respondent...”
