This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent 2 to 4 in not causing arrest of the respondents 5 to 9 inspite of registering FIR No. 174 of 2018 dated.2-11-2018 by the 4th respondent against the respondents 5 to 9 for the offences U/Sec. 420, 468 and 471 IP as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and also against the provisions of Criminal Jurisprudence and consequential directions to the respondents 2 to 4 to take immediate action for causing arrest of respondent 5 to 9 basing on the FIR No. 174 of 2018 dated.2-11- 2018 on the 4th respondent against the respondents 5 to 9 for the offences U/Sec. 420,468 and 471 IPC forthwith and pass.......”
