This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the learned I Senior Civil Judge-cum-Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kukatpally, Medchal – Malkajgiri District, to dispose of O.S.No.158 of 2022 filed by the petitioner against the respondents for recovery of possession mesne and profits, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) months.

2. Petitioner filed the present revision seeking a direction to the learned trial Court to dispose of the said suit contending that the respondents are delaying the suit proceedings on one pretext or the other, due to which, the suit is pending without coming to a logical end. It is also her contention that she is a Senior Citizen.

3. Perusal of the plaint filed by the petitioner herein would reveal that she was aged about 62 years as on the date of filing of the said suit. She is now aged 69 years old. She is a Senior mesne Citizen. The suit is
