This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed seeking the following relief:

“…to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent No.1 to 4 in not considering the petitioner representations dt. 16-04-2024, 29-11-2024 and 28-01-2025 submitted to appoint her in any other post which is equivalent to the Jr. Asst. cum Typist (presently which petitioner discharging) or any other post as per petitioner’s qualification or the lower post to present post as per the Circular Memo No.60681/Ser.A/2003-1 dt.12-08-2003 and also in not considering the recommendations of the respondent No.2 vide his letter No.A2/15/2016, dt.06-01-2025 by the respondent No.4 for appointing her as Jr. Assistant or any other posts which petitioner is entitled, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently
