This Criminal Petition is filed praying this Court to enlarge the petitioner, on bail, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.220 of 2025 before the Tukaramgate Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 74, 352, 351(2) of BNS and Section 11 read with 12 of POCSO Act, 2012.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the complaint was lodged on 17.10.2025 by the mother of the victim girl, stating that her elder daughter, a student of Government Polytechnic College, East Marredpally, had been subjected to repeated sexual harassment by one Manish, a Sub-Staff employee. The victim revealed that Manish had misbehaved with her on several occasions, including forcibly touching her and threatening to share her photos if she disclosed the matter.
