This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 480 & 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner/Accused No.1 seeking his enlargement on bail in connection with S.C.No.111 of 2021 on the file of the learned VIII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District, Chevella, on bail, the present Criminal Petition is filed.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the petitioner was shown as accused No.1 in S.C.No.111 of 2021 arising out of Crime No.34 of 2021 of Dundigal Police Station. The case was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 411 IPC and Section 25(1B)(b) of the Indian Arms Act, and after investigation, the charge sheet was filed for the offence under Section 395 IPC.
