ORDER:

Heard Sri K.R.K.Gargeya, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not releasing the chit amount of Rs.3,90,370/- along with interest @ 6% per annum and a sum of Rs.20,000/- towards compensation and a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards costs from the amount lying the respondent No.2 despite the order passed in C.C.No.61 of 2021 dated 15.03.2022 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranga Reddy District in respect of Group No.VLCT06J/21 of Vanasthalipuram Branch as illegal and arbitrary.
