ORDER:

Heard Sri K.R.K.Gargeya, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Smt. S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record. With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 5 in not releasing the chit amount of Rs.98,110/- along with interest @ 6% per annum and a sum of Rs.10,000/- towards compensation and a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards costs from the amount lying the respondent No.2 despite the order passed in C.C.No.30 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranga Reddy District in respect of Group No.DVLCT03J/16 of Vanasthalipuram Branch as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration has produced the written instructions issued by the respondent No.2 dated 07.01.2026 and submits that as per Section 20, Chit Fund Act, 1982 read with Rule 24 of the Telangana Chit Fund Rules, 2008 submits that the respondent No.2 is strictly following the instructions issued by the Commissioner and Inspector General (C&IG) vide Memo No.CF/Achala/12811/2024, dated 07.10.2025 and the Committee has been constituted for disposal of complaints received from subscribers against certain Chit Fund Companies (Akshara, Bhavithasri, Kanakadurga, Achala, Vijayalakshmi, and Shubanandini) regarding non- settlement of dues to the prized and non prized subscribers. The petitioner has grievance against the respondent No.4-M/s. Vijaya Lakshmi Chit Funds Hyderabad Private Limited. In view of the same, the Commissioner and Inspector General, Registration and Stamps Department will follow the procedure for disposing the complaints made by the petitioner in due course and requested to pass appropriate orders.

In view of the submissions made by both sides, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent authorities to dispose of the complaints/ request made by the petitioner for release of amounts as per order passed in C.C.No.30 of 2021 dated 28.01.2022 on the file of District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Ranga Reddy District within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the unofficial respondents and pass orders as per law and communicate the same to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
