ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed praying this Court to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representations, dated 10.05.2021 and 15.11.2021 made by the petitioners for incorporating the missing extent of the land admeasuring Acs.2.13 guntas in Sy.No.547/B (old Sy.No.700), situated at Khila Warangal Village and Mandal, Warangal District in Dharani Portal and consequential issuance of the amended pattadar passbook, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs.

2. Heard Sri C.Ruthwik Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the
