This Appeal is filed by the appellants-TSRTC Corporation assailing the Award, dt.25.01.2022, in MVOP.No.2954 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-The Court of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad (for short ‘the Tribunal’.
