Heard Dr.M.Madhavi Latha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

2. This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:

“...declaring the action of respondent No.3 in not considering the petitioner’ representation dated 27.09.2025 and not conducting the enquiry against the loss of original property documents which belongs to the petitioner and where the property is situated at Flat No.310, 3rd Floor, House No.2/91/3/BMR/310, Bajaj Maruti Residency, Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana, as illegal, arbitrary in the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as deemed fit and proper in the circumstances in the interest of justice. Consequently direct respondent Nos.
