This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhitha (BNSS, 2023), seeking quashment of the order dated 07.11.2023 passed in Crl.M.P. No. 98 of 2022 in M.C. No.7 of 2022 on the file of the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Family Court, Rangareddy District at Kukatpally.

2. Heard Mr. Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Steven Jai Deep, learned counsel for respondent No.1, and Mr. E. Ganesh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondent No.2–State.

3. The impugned order granted interim maintenance of Rs. 15,000/- in favor of respondent No.1. During the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, considering the circumstances of the case, the petitioner has filed an application under Section 127 of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cr.P.C.) seeking modification of the maintenance order.
