This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner–

Accused No.2 seeking to set aside the impugned order dated

26.11.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.985 of 2025 in C.C.No.4612 of 2022.

2. The petition in Crl.M.P.No.985 of 2025 in C.C.No.4612 of 2022 was filed by the petitioner–Accused No.2 seeking issuance of a ‘No Objection’ for renewal of his passport bearing No.L54002541 for a period of ten (10) years in the normal course, in accordance with the Central Government Notification dated 25.08.1993 vide G.S.R. 570(E).

The trial Court, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the material available on record, partly allowed the petition by issuing a ‘No Objection’ for renewal of the passport, but restricted the period of renewal to one (01) year only. Aggrieved thereby, the present revision petition has been filed.
