This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short ‘Cr.P.C,1973) seeking quashment of the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in C.C No.8394 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.E.Ganesh, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, based on the report of Respondent No.2, Crime No.77 of 2021 came to be registered against the petitioner alleging that he was indulging in black marketing and selling COVID-19 injections at prices higher than the Maximum Retail Price to needy persons.
