This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the petitioner/Accused seeking bail in the event of his arrest in connection with FIR No.493 of 2025 of II-Town Police Station, Adilabad District. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 196, 352, 296(b) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (for short ‘BNS’).

2. Heard Sri S. Ravi Kiran Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri D.Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State.

3. The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that basing on the confession made by the other accused, the police have implicated the petitioner herein as accused without investigating into the complaint. Hence, prayed this Court to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
