2. The case of the prosecution is that on 10.12.2025 at about 02:00 hours, the complainant Smt. Uppula Lingamma, wife of Uppula Mallaiah, gave a complaint to the police stating that on 09.12.2025 at about 11:00 hours during the night, her husband Uppula Mallaiah, along with villagers Karingula Mahesh, Karingula Shekar, and Uppula Pavan, was sitting near the party symbol blocks (party dimmelu) in their village and
