This writ petition is filed seeking following relief:

“…to issue an order or direction more particularly one

in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other

appropriate writ declaring the action of Respondents

Nos.3 and 4 in interfering in the civil dispute between

the petitioner and Respondents Nos.6 to 8 pertaining to

agriculture land bearing Survey No.486/77

admeasuring 3 Acres 2 Guntas situated at Kondur

Village, Sirikonda Mandal, Nizamabad District despite

the directions of Hon’ble Junior Civil Judge Court At

Armoor vide I.A.No.111 of 2025 in O.S.No.135 of

2025, dated 11.12.2025 on the file of Junior Civil

Judge At Armoor is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional

and bad in law and Consequently direct the

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 to not to interfere in the civil

dispute between the petitioner and Respondents Nos.6

to 8 pertaining to agriculture land bearing Survey

No.483/77 admeasuring 3 Acres 2 Guntas situated at

Kondur Village, Sirikonda Mandal, Nizamabad

District…”

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a civil

dispute pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents

in respect of agricultural land in Survey No.483/77 admeasuring 3

Acres 2 Guntas situated at Kondur Village, Sirikonda Mandal,

Nizamabad District in O.S.No.135 of 2025 before Junior Civil

Judge Court at Armoor and at the behest of unofficial respondents,

respondent police are interfering with the civil dispute pending

between the petitioner and unofficial respondents. Aggrieved by

the same, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the

present writ petition.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would

submit that the respondent police are not interfering with the civil

dispute pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents.

4. In view of the above submissions, without going into the

merits and demerits of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to

direct the official respondents not to interfere with the civil

disputes pending between the petitioner and unofficial respondents

except under authority of law.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
