Questioning the rejection order dated 27.01.2026 passed by the respondent No.5, Municipal Commissioner, Adilabad Municipality, in respect of representation dated 17.01.2026 submitted by the petitioner for inclusion of petitioner’s name in the Adilabad Municipality Electoral Rolls, petitioner filed the present writ petition with a consequential prayer to direct the respondent No.5 to include the petitioner’s name in the Electoral Roll of Ward No.6 of Adilabad Municipality.
