This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

by the petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.820 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chevella, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short “IPC).

2. Heard Mr.P.Venkata Subba Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1.

3. The case of de facto complainant is that the petitioners have trespassed into his land and removed the boundary stones.
