ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking the following relief/s:-
“… to issue writ, order or proceeding more particularly on in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the act of respondents in not rectifying the error that occurred in the revenue records relating to extent of land of petitioner in Survey No.341/A/A of Uddemarri village, District and Muduchintalapally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri consequently direct the respondents to rectify the error by mentioning the actual extent i.e. Ac.3.37 Guntas instead of Ac 2.0750 Guntas and pass such other order or orders …”
2. Heard Mr.P.Ravi Kiran, learned counsel for the petitioner and and Mr.K.Mahesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue representing learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks a direction to official respondents to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 16.07.2024 submitted by the petitioner, seeking to consider her on-line application bearing No.2300113275 dated 14.07.2023 and to issue new pattedar pass book in respect of land admeasuring Acs.3.37 gts (instead of Acs.2.0750 gts) in Sy.No.341/A/A, situated at Uddemarri Village, Muduchintalapally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that appropriate orders would be passed in due course of time.

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and upon considering the material available on record, this Court, without making any observations on the merits or demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to direct the official respondents to examine the on-line application of the petitioner bearing No.2300113275 dated 14.07.2023 along with the representation dated 16.07.2024 and to pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of (90) working days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, by putting the interested parties on notice and affording them sufficient opportunity of hearing.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
