This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief:

“to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent authorities in not issuing E-Pattadar pass books cum title books in favour of the petitioner in respect of Sy.No.477B admeasuring Acs.0.01gts. Considering the application submitted by the petitioner dated 25.03.2023 online Prajavani Registration No.RJ034/E/2023/00001, dated 13.06.2023, Dharani portal UL230005307 is nothing but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of principles of natural justice and also against the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 2020. Consequently, direct the Respondent authorities to issue New E-Pattadar Passbooks cum title books in favour of the petitioner in regarding with his land
