ORDER

This Criminal Petition is filed praying this Court to enlarge the petitioner on bail who is arrayed as accused in Crime No.712 of 2025 before the Boarabanda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections

143, 108, 351(2) read with 62 of BNS and Section 4 and 5 of PIT Act.

2. The brief facts of the case are that the de facto complainant lodged a report on 17.11.2025, alleging that the petitioner, who was a leader of the transgender community, had subjected the complainant and others to continuous harassment, forced them into begging and prostitution, and extorted money from them. It was alleged that due to such harassment, the complainant and other members gathered on 17.11.2025 and, being distressed, some of them poured petrol on themselves and set themselves on fire at Borabanda bus stop, resulting in the death of three persons
