This Writ Petition is filed with the following relief:

“…to issue order, writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the Memo/Circular ROC No.724 of 2025 Dated 03.09.2025 issued by the 1st Respondent, the Bar Council of Telangana as illegal, arbitrary, violative of the Certificate of Practice and Renewal Rules, 2014 besides Violation of Art.19 (g) of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct the Respondents not to insist upon submission of affidavits regarding continued practice from Advocates, who have obtained COP for 5 years period and the validity is not completed and to pass...”.
