With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.3 in refusing to receive, register and release the sale deed documents presented by the petitioners in respect of Plot Nos.11, 23 and 34, total admeasuring 300 sq. yards, in Sy.No.73/Part situated at Rayannaguda Village and Kacharam Gram Panchayat, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908.
