With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.2 in refusing to receive and register the sale deed in respect of Plot No.11 in Survey No.165/B, admeasuring 133.33 square yards, situated at Jankapur Village, Asifabad Mandal and District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Heard Sri Mohd.Fasiuddin, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration for the respondents.
