With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking to declare the action of respondent No.2 in refusing to receive and register the sale deed in respect of premises bearing H.No.1-6-212/65/107/48 & 49 on Plot Nos.48 and 49 in Sy.Nos.1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 162 part admeasuring 600 sq. yards situated at Gangaputra Colony, Zamistanpur, Musheerabad, Hyderabad, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Section 71 of the Registration Act, 1908.
