O R D E R:

With the consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the stage of admission itself.

Heard Sri Rama Rao Kilaru, learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Pleader for Services-II for respondent Nos.1 and 2; Sri K.Bala Krishna, learned Standing Counsel for Accountant General, for respondent No.3; and learned Government Pleader for Services-III for respondent Nos.4 and 5.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was retired from service on 30.06.2024. Considering the pension proposals, respondent No.3 sanctioned pension to the petitioner vide proceedings, dated 20.06.2024. However, till now, his retirement benefits were not released by the respondents.

4. Learned Government Pleader submits that due to dearth of funds, the amounts could not be released to the petitioner, on time. However, in pursuance of proceedings, dated 20.06.2024, amounts will be released to the beneficiaries.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release retirement benefits to the petitioner in pursuance of proceedings No.AG(A&E)/P17/I/S-377/SP231/2024-05/923, dated 2
