ORDER:
This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner, seeking the following relief:
“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to issue writ more particularly on the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of the respondent No.2 and 3 in not issuing pattadar passbook to the petitioner and in not mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records with respect to agriculture lands admeasuring Ac.1-10 Gts situated in Sy.No.203/A/2 and Ac.1-07 Gts in Sy.No.241/B at Divitipalli Village, Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to issue Pattadar passbook to the petitioner and mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records with respect to agriculture lands admeasuring Ac.1-10 Gts situated in Sy.No.203/A/2 and Ac.1-07 Gts in Sy.No.241/B at Divitipalli Village, Wardhannapet Mandal, Warangal District and to pass such other or further order as are deemed fit and proper in the circu
