In this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to pay pension and commutation of pension to the petitioner in accordance with UCO Bank (Employees) Pension Regulations 1995 and Joint Note dt.27.04.2010 and also to direct the respondents to refund a sum of Rs.5,14,486.54 ps., equivalent to 56% of bank’s contribution to PF which was retained by the respondent bank with interest @ 10% per annum and accordingly rework the pension payable to the petitioner after declaring the calculation sheet dt.03.07.2018 supplied to the petitioner which calculated pension with effect from 27.11.2009 instead of 17.01.2007 as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and unconstitutional and as not in accordance with the directions of this Court in W.P.No.7541 of 2015 dt.02.03.2017 and also the bank Regulations of

1995 and to pass such other order or orders.
