1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of The Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, ‘Cr.P.C) seeking to set-aside the order dated 06.09.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.327 of 2023 in C.C.No.1899 of 2018, on the file of the learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nizamabad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the subject C.C.No.1899 of 2018 ended in acquittal on 15.04.2025. Hence, the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive and has become infructuous.

3. In the result, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 4. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
