Grievance of the petitioner is that his Application No.ROS022003839021 dated 10.11.2020 in Form X under Rule 22(2) of The Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules 1989 for regularisation of the land admeasuring Acs.5-03 guntas in Survey No.262, situated at Vailapalle village, Narayanapuram Mandal, Nalgonda District (hereinafter referred to as ‘subject land’), is not being considered by the respondents.

Claim of the petitioner is that he purchased the subject land from its previous owner one Mr. Varthya Raneesh, son of Bhikya, under the unregistered sale deed dated 22.08.2001 for a total sale consideration of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only). The petitioner paid the entire sale consideration and from the date of purchase, he has been in possession and enjoyment of the subject land.
